1. Introduction

Welcome to the ArkeFi Ambassador Quest: Road to the TGE campaign. By participating in this program, you agree to the terms outlined in this Disclaimer and User Policy. This document is designed to protect ArkeFi, its participants, and its partners by ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Participation Agreement

By joining the ArkeFi Ambassador Quest, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Eligibility:
   • Participants must be 18 years or older.
   • Certain jurisdictions may prohibit participation in campaigns involving digital assets; it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.
   • Employees, contractors, and direct affiliates of ArkeFi or its partners are not eligible to participate in the campaign.
2. Voluntary Participation:
   • Participation is voluntary, and no purchase or investment is required.
   • ArkeFi reserves the right to deny participation to any individual or group without providing reasons.
3. Ambassador Selection:
   • Selection as an ambassador is based on leaderboard rankings, content quality, and engagement levels.
   • ArkeFi retains the right to disqualify or remove ambassadors who violate this policy or fail to meet program expectations.

3. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

1. User-Generated Content:
   • By submitting content (e.g., articles, videos, infographics) as part of the campaign, you grant ArkeFi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content for promotional purposes.
   • Participants affirm that their submissions are original and do not infringe on the rights of any third party. Plagiarized or unoriginal content will result in disqualification and possible legal action.
2. ArkeFi Branding:
   • Participants may use ArkeFi’s name, logo, or branding strictly for purposes related to this campaign. Any misuse, including misleading representations, is prohibited.

4. Fair Play and Anti-Abuse Policy

1. Prohibited Activities:
   • Cheating: Using bots, automated tools, or fake accounts to inflate metrics is strictly prohibited.
   • Spamming: Excessive, irrelevant posting in community channels or on social media will lead to disqualification.
   • Trolling or Harassment: Any abusive or disruptive behavior towards other participants or the ArkeFi team will result in immediate removal from the campaign.
2. Fraud Prevention:
   • ArkeFi reserves the right to audit activity for irregularities. Suspicious behavior may lead to disqualification or forfeiture of rewards.
   • Participants must provide accurate and verifiable information when requested, including wallet addresses for token rewards.
